Job summary

Doggi­li­ciouus/Rooted in love in Bengaluru, India seeks a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to manage daily order processing, packing, and delivery scheduling for subscriptions and online orders.

You will coordinate Pan-India courier and logistics, track shipments, and promptly resolve delivery issues while maintaining accurate inventory and collaborating with procurement and production teams. Strong QA and reporting skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Manage daily order processing, packing, and delivery scheduling to ensure accurate fulfillment of subscription and online orders.

Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate Pan-India courier and logistics operations, track shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory, stock movement, and indent records while coordinating closely with procurement and production teams.

Quality Assurance: Conduct strict quality checks for fresh food and dry products, monitoring weighing, packing, labeling, hygiene, and handling standards.

Reporting & Collaboration: Share daily dispatch updates and operational reports while maintaining clear coordination with internal teams, vendors, and couriers.
