Job summary

Leading B2B Chocolate Manufacturing Company in Varadaiahpalem, Andhra Pradesh seeks a Dispatch Executive to manage goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. The role includes maintaining inventory, updating system quantities (SIV), and handling dispatch documentation.

The candidate should have 2+ years of logistics/dispatch experience, be comfortable with rotating shifts, and work Monday to Saturday. CTC ranges from 25K to 35K monthly with rotations including A/B shifts and general shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain and update inventory records and stock levels.
• Daily check and update SIV quantities in system.
• Daily check FSTN quantities and acknowledge the same.
• Manage documentation like GRN, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Ensure SOP related documentation on desired frequency.
• Coordinate with production and QA for timely submission of FSTN, SIV, PCN, and CoA.
• Coordinate with sales and planner for dispatch planning
• Ensure safety and quality compliance during day-to-day operations
• Periodic physical stock verification
• Daily and monthly stock and MIS reports
• Review and update non-moving and expiry stocks monthly

Note: Please note that this position involves rotational/alternate shifts:

A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts before applying.

Logistics and warehouse executive

• Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Maintain and update inventory records and stock levels
• Daily check and update SIV quantities in system
• Daily Check FSTN quantities and acknowledge the same
• Manage documentation like GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Ensure all SOP related documentation on desired frequency
• Manpower handling and planning as per the day inbound and outbound requirements
• Review and ensure all desired documents and submit to outbound vehicles movement
• Coordinate with production and QA for FSTN,SIV,PCN and CoA timely submission
• Coordinate with sales and planner for dispatch planning
• Ensure safety and quality compliance during day-to-day operations
• Periodic physical stock verification to be performed.
• Daily and monthly stock and MIS reports to be prepared and submitted
• Review and update Non-moving and expiry stocks on monthly basis to take necessary action by the management.
