Job summary

Waterscience is seeking an Operations Coordinator - Sales & Logistics to manage order processing from billing to dispatch and final delivery. The role primarily supports the Retail Sales team, B2B customers, and O2O app orders.

You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely shipments and clear documentation. Freshers to 1 year of experience in sales operations is suitable.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales operations, billing, logistics or order processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received from the Retail Sales team, B2B customers and O2O/App channels.
• Create invoices and ensure accurate billing in Tally / Odoo.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing and dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure orders are delivered within committed timelines.
• Update order, dispatch and delivery status in Odoo.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, dispatches, delivery confirmations and returns.
• Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries and ensure closure.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on orders, pending dispatches and deliveries.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator - Sales & Logistics to manage order processing and coordinate the complete order journey from billing to dispatch to final delivery.

The role will primarily support the Retail Sales team, B2B customers, and Online-to-Offline (O2O) app orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders received from the Retail Sales team, B2B customers and O2O/App channels.
• Create invoices and ensure accurate billing in Tally / Odoo.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing and dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure orders are delivered within committed timelines.
• Update order, dispatch and delivery status in Odoo.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, dispatches, delivery confirmations and returns.

Skills Required

• Working knowledge of Tally and Odoo preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and logistics partners.

Candidate Profile
