Operations Coordinator – Bangalore

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join the India Centre of Excellence at TruKKer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations including dispatch, tracking, delivery updates, and operational follow-ups across GCC markets.
• Work closely with drivers, transporters, vendors, customers, and regional teams to ensure smooth logistics execution and SLA adherence.
• Monitor real-time shipment movement and proactively resolve delays, escalations, and operational exceptions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, shipment updates, PODs, and system entries within defined timelines.
• Support operational planning, load coordination, and transporter allocation activities to ensure service continuity.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in logistics operations, coordination, dispatch, or supply chain support functions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
