Job summary

Tricon Energy in Mumbai is seeking an Operations professional to manage product, documentation, and payment flow for the physical trades of the assigned business unit. You will ensure accurate ERP data entry and collaborate with local and global teams to optimize shipments and costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, 4+ years’ experience in logistics, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• 4+ years' experience in logistics or physical movements.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, Export Procedures & Documents.
• Prefer experience in European/Africa regions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product, documentation and payment flow to customers, suppliers, and freight providers for the physical trades of the assigned business unit.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP system as per company policy.
• Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs.
• Co-ordinate with Global teams.
• Communicate shipment detail with local and international teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of physical containerized trade operations.
