Job summary

TravClan in Delhi is seeking a driven candidate for a startup role that demands high ownership and resilience. You will handle client conversations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely bookings and resolutions for travel experiences.

You must be comfortable with long hours and night shifts, possess strong problem solving, and have a startup mindset. This role offers rapid salary growth, direct exposure to founders, and a dynamic, hierarchy-free culture.

• Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities
