TravClan in Delhi is seeking a Finance & Operations lead to manage accounting, audits, tax, and compliance. You will build and lead a small team, shape financial processes, and drive fundraising reporting in a fast-growing startup. The role offers high ownership and close collaboration with founders.

The position requires hands-on finance experience, willingness to work Saturdays, and a data-driven mindset for rapid, scalable growth. Office located at Connaught Place, Delhi.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations and accounting across end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability to lead a small team (3–5 people).
• Willing to work Saturdays and long hours in a startup.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accounting : Manage and oversee entire operations of the accounting from proper accounting methods to complete annual audits
• Tax & Compliance : Complete ownership to ensure that taxation practices are best in class
• Setup Global Payments Business & Compliance : As we setup a global operations liasoning with industry professionals and ensuring that we set up the right legal and compliance structure
• Fundraising : Complete ownership of business planning / budgeting and compliance / due-diligence and interfacing with investors to manage the funds deployed and reporting business metrics from time to time.
