Job summary

TravClan in Delhi is seeking a driven intern to handle bookings and business operations. You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely confirmations, share vouchers, and manage post-booking activities, including timely payments and deliveries to customers.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving, and high ownership in a fast-paced startup. Office is in Connaught Place, Delhi; six days a week with a 6-month internship stipend.

• Handling all bookings and business operations related work.

• Regular and timely completion of agent KYC.

Job Requirements

• Handling all bookings and business operations related work
• Closely working with the suppliers in ensuring timely revert on queries & smooth post booking operations such as booking confirmations, sharing vouchers etc.
• Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and deliveries to customers.
• Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Regular and timely completion of agent KYC
