• Comfortable supporting learners and trainers across international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule demo and paid sessions.
• Manage weekday one-to-one sessions and weekend group classes.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure timely class delivery.
• Track demo count, paid class count and rescheduling.
• Maintain teacher performance sheets and class utilisation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports.
• Support cross-functional teams for a smooth student experience.

About Role

The Operations Associate ensures smooth delivery of both demo and paid classes, coordinates between teachers, students and parents, and maintains performance tracking for the entire learning ecosystem. It is a high-ownership role supporting an international base of learners and trainers.
