Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize our Live Learning Support Operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of live classes, managing instructor operations, coordinating across teams, and maintaining operational KPIs. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end live class scheduling process and ensure seamless execution of all sessions.
• Monitor and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs related to live learning operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving Learning Team queries within the defined TAT.
• Manage operational dependencies and drive quick resolutions for any cross-functional blockers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Content, Product, Tech, and Learning teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end SME lifecycle, including onboarding, allocation, and ongoing engagement.
• Track and maintain SME ratings and performance standards, ensuring consistent learner experience.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs to ensure long‑term collaboration and satisfaction.
