Job summary

Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced O&M professional to manage onshore wind farm operations in Gujarat. The role covers ownership of daily site management, turbine inspections, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance planning.

Strong focus on KPI tracking and data analysis to optimize equipment availability. Candidate should have 5+ years in wind power O&M, familiarity with turbine control systems, and solid knowledge of safety regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of onshore wind power O&M, maintenance, or commissioning.
• Familiar with wind turbine main control, pitch, and converter systems.
• Knowledge of on-site safety regulations.

Job description

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, New Energy, Wind Power, or related fields.
• Work experience: At least 5 years of onshore wind power O&M, maintenance, or commissioning experience, with familiarity with wind turbine main control, pitch, converter, and other core systems.
• Knowledge and professional skills: Familiar with wind power O&M workflows and on-site safety regulations.
• Language skills: Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Practical and documentation skills: Capable of troubleshooting, equipment inspection, and defect elimination, and able to properly fill out O&M records and logs.
