In the Role of Site In charge- Wind (O&M) your core responsibilities will be:
Core Responsibilities
To lead the overall Operation and Maintenance activities at respective site.
To ensure the smooth operation & health of the Wind farm assets.
To operate and maintain windfarm with Maximum productivity and adherence to ReNew’s Standard.
To maintain the relevant MIS and Documentation as per the Policies and procedures of the company.
Daily reporting to the Key Stake holders as per the requirements.
Specific Responsibilities
Providing all the technical and administrative support for the effective functioning of the wind site.
Timely execution of PM, BM, Design upgrades and special activities as per the plan.
Undertake breakdown maintenance, document & maintain the service reports.
Timely confirmation of SAP service orders, materials issue & ordering, DGR reports etc.
Uploading of productivity performance data on time.
Overall resource planning of Windfarm - Manpower, Materials and Tools and Tackles.
To suggest alternate methods for creative cost optimization & efficiency improvement initiatives for the Site.
To monitor the Planned Vs Actual budgeting for the respective site cost centre.
Customer interface & communication through routine & need based reports.
MIS – windfarm performance analysis, fault analysis, monthly reporting.
Liaising with electrical utilities for monthly joint readings, submissions to EB Offices & interactions to ensure better external grid availability.
