Job summary

A renewable energy company in India is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for their Wind Power Plant. The role involves managing wind turbine operations, performing maintenance planning, and ensuring safety compliance. Ideal candidates will have a B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and expertise in wind turbine operations and maintenance. This position requires on-site deployment for 15–20 days per month, with the remainder at the Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind turbine operation and maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of wind turbines.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor turbine performance and generation efficiency.
• Ensure maximum turbine availability and uptime.
• Enforce safety compliance across all O&M activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and service actions.
• Maintain O&M documentation and performance reports.
