Deutsche Bank AG in Pune invites an Operations Analyst to join the Private Banking data and onboarding team. You will review client documentation, validate KYC, and ensure accurate data in core banking systems.

The role requires 2–4 years experience in client onboarding or static data amendments, and the ability to multitask under tight timelines. Training and support are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience in client onboarding / static data amendments in Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience reviewing client onboarding documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows with responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Review client account opening documentation per regulatory and internal policies.
• Validate KYC and client static information in core banking systems.
• Ensure data accuracy in Private Banking systems and Account Opening Documents.
• Conduct client due diligence searches via external/internal sources.
• Coordinate with KYC/AML for queries and update client records accordingly.
• Support data migration projects and handle ad-hoc requests.
