Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai invites an Client Implementation Analyst to support efficient delivery of implementation and documentation tasks, under supervision of the Client Implementation Manager. Responsibilities include document generation, testing setups, and resolving client queries while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will manage documentation workflows, ensure timely package delivery, and support product workflows (CIS, CSA) with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Cash Management/Trade Finance implementation and documentation.
• Experience in IT systems administration or networking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work globally.
• Fluency in English and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with onshore implementation and service teams on documentation for new/sub-account openings, closures, and updates.
• Manage documentation requirements including signature verification and digitized archival.
• Ensure timely delivery of document packages to onshore requestors with quality.
• Collaborate with implementation and product management on documentation workflows (CIS, CSA).
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure setups are in place and distribute documents as needed.
• Escalate issues to L2 support teams; provide bank letters per templates.
• Document and keep team tasks up-to-date using Adonis; manage cases via internal tools.
