Job summary

KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Lean Six Sigma professional to lead and execute Operational Excellence initiatives across our business functions in Visakhapatnam. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, driving productivity, and eliminating waste with proven Lean Six Sigma methods.

You will mentor teams, run Green Belt/Black Belt projects, develop SOPs, and ensure data‑driven decisions align with quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Operational Excellence initiatives across business functions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, and waste elimination.
• Facilitate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, and continuous improvement workshops.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects from initiation to implementation.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends, and recommend sustainable improvement solutions.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, process metrics, and project outcomes to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Mentor and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
