Job summary

Roots Multiclean is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Operational Excellence initiatives across its plants in Tamil Nadu. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, and TEI initiatives, assess performance, and push standardisation to enable transformation.

The role focuses on building a culture of operational discipline (CISA) and deploying manufacturing objectives across Plants & Departments using an Objective Deployment Matrix.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing operational excellence programs.
• Ability to drive cultural change towards sustained improvement.
• Proven track record in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational excellence initiatives across Roots Multiclean Production System and Lean assessments.
• Drive change and standardisation across processes for transformation.
• Foster a culture of operational discipline and sustainable improvement (CISA).
• Deploy manufacturing objectives across plants and departments using an Objective Deployment Matrix.
• Demonstrate manufacturing tools including Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, Process walk, Lean maturity models, SMED.
