The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of interior design projects and factory production activities. The role includes managing project execution, factory operations, production planning, manpower allocation, material procurement, vendor coordination, and site supervision. The manager must ensure smooth coordination between the design team, factory, procurement, and site execution teams while monitoring project timelines, production schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The role also involves controlling operational costs, minimising material wastage, improving productivity, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
