Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Batch Management: Organize sales teams into structured assessment batches (region-wise/availability-based) to minimize business disruption. Send calendar invites and manage reschedules.
Proctoring & Supervision: Monitor live assessment sessions (sample basis) and ensure sessions are recorded for documentation and quality checks.
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide real-time support to candidates/trainers and manage last‑minute changes or candidate reshuffling.
Attendance Tracking: Maintain a live tracker for attendance – completed, no‑shows, and follow‑ups.
Data & Coordination: Collect required documents (brochures, results, participant lists, etc.) from SPOCs. Follow up regularly with participants and SPOCs regarding requirements and availability.
