Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, preferably e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience in purchase orders, dispatch coordination, and inventory management.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase orders from multiple e-commerce platforms within defined timelines.
• Coordinate dispatch operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and follow-ups.
• Monitor and maintain return-to-origin (RTO) records and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Oversee inventory inwarding, unloading, verification, and proper stock placement.
• Update operational data using MS Excel and maintain data accuracy.
• Identify process gaps, analyze data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse staff, logistics partners and vendors for smooth operations.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise blue-collar packaging labour, including daily task allocation and attendance.

Sotrue is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including purchase order management, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, RTO tracking, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic MS Excel knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) from multiple e-commerce platforms accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate dispatch operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and timely follow-ups.
• Monitor and maintain RTO (Return to Origin) records, analyse return reasons, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Oversee inventory unloading, inwarding, stock verification, and proper stock placement.
• Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel.
• Identify process gaps, analyse operational data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure compliance with defined operational standards.
• Coordinate and manage blue-collar packaging labour, including daily task allocation, attendance, and workflow to ensure timely and efficient packaging operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce.
