Job summary

WishCare is seeking an Operations Executive – D2C to manage day-to-day D2C order processing, fulfilment, and customer order management. You will coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate order data.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, excellent coordination and communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Prepare daily/weekly D2C operations MIS and reports.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify process gaps.
• Ensure adherence to defined TATs and operational SOPs.
