Job summary

Skyria is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace order processing and inventory coordination in India. The role requires organizational skills, comfort with online marketplace portals, and strong Excel use.

You will ensure orders are processed and packed accurately and on time. Key duties include handling orders across multiple sales channels, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with courier partners, and supporting stock counts.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using computers, marketplace portals and order-management software.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks within deadlines.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from online marketplaces and other sales channels.
• Download, verify and process marketplace orders within required timelines.
• Generate invoices, labels, manifests and other dispatch documents.
• Pack correctly with accurate products, sizes and quantities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across marketplaces and internal systems.
• Update stock after inward, outward, returns, cancellations and movements.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and highlight discrepancies.
• Monitor low-stock and inventory mismatch situations.
• Process marketplace returns, RTOs and rejected shipments and update inventory.
• Coordinate with courier partners and marketplace teams for delivery issues.
• Maintain daily records of orders processed, pending orders, dispatches and inventory movements.
• Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production and management teams for stock availability and dispatch needs.

Operations Executive - E-commerce & Inventory

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace order processing, inventory coordination and packing. The role requires someone who is organized, comfortable working with online marketplace portals and Excel, and able to ensure orders are processed and packed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders received from online marketplaces such as Myntra, Blinkit and other sales channels.
• Download, verify and process marketplace orders within required timelines.
• Generate invoices, labels, manifests and other dispatch-related documents.
• Pack to ensure correct products, sizes and quantities are packed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across marketplaces and internal systems.
• Update stock after inward, outward, returns, cancellations and inventory movements.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system inventory and highlight discrepancies.
• Monitor low-stock, out-of-stock and inventory mismatch situations.
