JD for E-commerce Operation Executive

1. Purchase Order (PO) Management & Delivery Planning

Create and manage purchase orders (POs) across e-commerce channels.

Coordinate appointment-based delivery schedules with marketplaces and warehouse teams. Ensure timely PO processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups.

Track delivery appointments and resolve delays or scheduling issues.

2. Daily Sales Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain daily sales reports across various e-commerce channels.

Track order volumes, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and pending orders.

Maintain accurate operational MIS and trackers for regular performance monitoring.

Highlight discrepancies and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.

3. Order Dispatch & Delivery Tracking

Maintain order tracking sheets from order placement to final delivery.

Monitor order processing, allocation, packing, dispatch, and delivery status.

Follow up on pending, delayed, or undelivered orders with warehouse and marketplace teams. Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to channel-specific SLAs.

4. Returns & Putaway Management

Track customer returns, RTO (Return to Origin), and RVP (Return Vendor Pickup/Return Verification Process, as applicable).

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt, verification, and putaway of returned inventory.

Track good and damaged/bad products separately and ensure accurate inventory updates. Follow up on pending returns, putaway discrepancies, and unresolved cases.

5. Inventory Claims & Discrepancy Resolution

Identify and raise claims for short-received, lost, missing, or damaged products with marketplaces and logistics partners.

Maintain claim trackers with supporting documents, shipment details, quantities, and claim status.

Follow up regularly with concerned teams until claims are resolved and credits or reimbursements are received, wherever applicable.

Reconcile dispatch quantities against delivered and received quantities to identify discrepancies.

6. Coordination & Process Compliance

Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, logistics, and marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure all operational trackers are updated accurately.

Identify recurring process gaps and support corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with defined processes, timelines, and marketplace requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
