Job summary

PERSOL in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced O2C specialist to coordinate order entry and fulfillment while interfacing with customers and internal value chain partners. The role emphasizes timely solutions and cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.

You will leverage SAP or other ERPs, manage complex order processes, and maintain deep product and service knowledge to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end O2C experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on exposure to Sales order processing, Order entry, and import/export documents & incoterms.
• ERP knowledge: SAP preferred but not mandatory; Oracle/MS Dynamics or other ERPs acceptable if O2C fundamentals are strong.
• Supply Chain background required.
• Good communication skills.

Provides solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives. Responsibilities Duties: Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the businesses products, businesses, applications, and service offerings. Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence. Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions. Maintains service levels according to business prioritization Differentiates between customer requirements and capabilities; choose the best cost effective solution. Supports commercial strategies with customers across multiple businesses.
