Job summary

Career Guideline in India is hiring for SPE (Senior Process Executive) to handle international voice processes across US-night shift from office locations Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore. Immediate joiners preferred.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, excellent communication, and comfort with night shifts. Selected candidates will join a process-driven environment with strict adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills required
Pure International Voice Process experience mandatory
Candidates with only Email, Chat, Blended, or Semi-Voice experience are not eligible
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
Willingness to work from office is mandatory

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US
Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively
Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience
Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant system
