Job summary

Ibroad Media in India is seeking an Outdoor Sales Manager with 2–4 years of experience in advertising or media agencies to drive growth in OOH campaigns.

You will identify opportunities, manage client relationships, present media proposals, negotiate deals, and lead end-to-end sales cycles across billboard, transit, and other outdoor formats, ensuring targets are met with strategic campaigns and strong execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales or business development in advertising or media agencies.
• OOH/Outdoor advertising solution selling experience preferred.
• Strong relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers.
• Able to build a sales pipeline and convert leads into clients.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Manager with 2–4 years of experience in the advertising or media agency industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising ecosystem, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive business through new client acquisition and existing account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for outdoor advertising across OOH media, including billboards, hoardings, transit media, airport advertising, and other outdoor formats.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertising agencies, media planners, and corporate clients.
• Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and effective business development strategies.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable outdoor advertising solutions based on campaign objectives and budgets.
• Prepare media proposals, presentations, quotations, and campaign plans for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal planning, operations, and execution teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Negotiate commercials, close business deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the outdoor advertising space.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within an advertising or media agency.
• Prior experience in selling OOH / outdoor advertising solutions is preferred.
• Good understanding of outdoor media formats, locations, pricing, and campaign execution.
