Job summary

EXO Edge Ltd. in Mohali is seeking an Onboarding/HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and BGV processes. You will coordinate orientations, engage with HR, IT, and hiring managers, and ensure new hires have clear roles and resources.

The role requires 2+ years in onboarding or HR operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. This position is based at Bestech Business Towers, Mohali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from pre-joining coordination to handover to relevant teams.
• Ensure timely completion of joining documentation and employee records.
