Role & responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for managing and executing critical HR processes during the final stages after final selection part. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and compliance in various activities, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offer Quality Management: Ensure accuracy and quality of offer letters as per set SOP. Coordinate with internal teams to validate offer details before release.

2. Final Offer Process: o Process the final offer letter and communication to selected candidates. o Ensure timely delivery of offer documents and resolve candidate queries. o Initiate to onboarding portal after offer process on time.

3. Background Verification (BGV): Handle background verification processes for selected candidates. Liaise with third-party BGV vendors and ensure compliance.

4. Pre-Medical Checks: o Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations as per organizational requirements. o Ensure timely completion of medical checks and documentation.

5. Data Accuracy & Tracker Updating: o Maintain accurate records of candidate and offer data. o Update trackers and dashboards to reflect real-time recruitment and onboarding status.

6. Stakeholder Management: o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. o Build strong working relationships with hiring teams, candidates vendors.
