Job summary

Bharat Rasayan is seeking a skilled SCM professional to oversee supply chain management, dispatch planning, and inventory control across multiple plants in India. The role emphasizes coordination with production, sales, and QA to meet customer demands and optimize stock levels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP SCM experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across departments to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in agrochemical/chemical/pharma/chemical process manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in supply chain management and dispatch planning.
• Proficient in inventory analysis including shelf-life monitoring.
• Familiar with SAP SCM module and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review sales forecasts, customer demands, and production schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and daily dispatch data from multi-location plants.
• Coordinate with HoDs to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Process sales orders and related CRM/SAP activities.

Job description

1. Person working in agrochemical / chemical / pharma / chemical process manufacturing with similar experience is preferred
2. Supply Chain Management
3. Dispatch Planning, providing instructions to plant
4. Inventory analysis & monitoring, to control inventory by application of different analytical tools like (slow moving, , non-moving, obsolete, shelf-life analysis)
5. Review sales forecasts, customer demands, and production schedules (based on confirmed and pipeline orders, inventory levels and production lead times)
6. Monitor stock-taking of finished goods available and check the previous day's dispatch as well as production data through daily report detailing inventory availability, in-process material, and production outputs from multi location plants.
7. Resolve escalated issues and coordinate with other department HoDs for the same
8. Punching, amending and cancellation of sales order on SAP
9. ensuring timely dispatch and arrival of goods to customers
10. CRM
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills, must have exposure of SAP SCM Module.
