Job summary

Nagreeka Indcon Products P Limited is seeking an experienced Dispatch Officer to manage end-to-end dispatch operations, billing, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations and hands-on SAP (SD/MM) expertise.

You will handle invoicing, trucking arrangements, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Billing & invoicing: Generate and process invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills using SAP.
• Transport & truck arrangements: Coordinate with transporters based on daily dispatch schedules.
• Marketing coordination: Align dispatches with customer orders and delivery timelines with sales/marketing teams.
• Documentation & compliance: Maintain packing lists, gate passes, and freight notes per policies and regulations.
• Reporting & analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports and freight analyses.
• Inventory & loading: Monitor stock levels and oversee safe loading to minimize damage and delays.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to manage our end-to-end dispatch operations, billing, and supply chain coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in handling dispatch logistics, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination, with advanced proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules).

He will be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatches, optimizing truck arrangements, maintaining close coordination with marketing teams, and generating accurate daily and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing- Generate and process commercial invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately using SAP.

Transport & Truck Arrangements- Coordinate with transporters to arrange appropriate vehicles and trucks based on daily dispatch schedules.

Marketing Coordination- Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to align dispatches with customer orders, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Documentation & Compliance-Ensure all dispatch documentation, including packing lists, gate passes, and freight notes, comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Reporting & Analytics- Prepare and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports, freight analyses, and pending order statuses.

Inventory & Loading- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the safe loading of goods to minimize transit damage and delays.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience- 6 to 8 years in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Software: Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP (specifically billing, dispatch, and inventory transactions).

Skills: Excellent communication, vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
