Job summary

Smile Management Solutions is hiring a Store cum Purchase Executive to manage the store and procurement for construction projects at the Chandigarh site. Responsibilities

• Manage storage, receipt, issue, and inventory of construction materials and equipment at the site.
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for civil and MEP materials.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and tagging of materials at the site store.
• Issue materials based on approved material requisition slips.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Maintain GRNs, MRNs, issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Maintain inventory records in the store management system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and procure materials to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Role & responsibilities

• The Store cum Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the storage, receipt, issue, and inventory of construction materials and equipment at the site. The role ensures proper documentation, stock levels, and coordination with the procurement and project teams to support seamless execution of construction activities.
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for civil & MEP materials.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and tagging of materials at the site store.
• Issue materials based on approved material requisition slips.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure timely reporting of shortages, damages, or surplus stock.
• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the store management system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with the procurement and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Monitor material usage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
