Job summary

Miju Components in India is seeking a Production Planner to convert monthly plans into weekly and daily production plans, issue daily production schedules to concerned teams, and ensure on-time execution. You will review stock at plant and warehouse levels, enter daily production in the system, and perform monthly stock takes for WIP and finished goods.

You will prepare job cards with real-time cycle time and capacity calculations.

Responsibilities

• Converting Monthly Plan to weekly, Daily Production Plan, Issuance of daily Production Schedule to all concerned
• Review of Stock at different stages and Plant level inventories, Warehouse inventories
• Entry of daily production in system
• Monthly stock taking for WIP and Finished products
• Job card Prepare with real time information of cycle time and Capacity Calculations
• Gauges , fixture uses and monitoring
• Production as per standard operating procedure and ensure product conformance.
• Assign and Handel manpower
• Do shift arrangement
• Supervise and get the work done on time
