Job summary

Faber Castell is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in line with the production plan. You will ensure targets are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and downtime is minimized.

Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve issues, reduce defects, and ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies on the shop floor.

• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production processes and minimize downtime.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per quality standards and work instructions.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
• Identify and reduce rejection, rework, and process defects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.
