Job summary

Immacule Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with business leaders to forecast manpower, source candidates through multiple channels, screen and coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

Build strong talent pipelines for critical functions in Pharma and Manufacturing, while ensuring compliant processes and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close roles on time.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, walk-ins and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate evaluations, select and discuss offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Pharma/Manufacturing roles.
• Recruit for Production, Quality, QA/QC, R&D, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate functions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, TAT, trackers and dashboards; provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support manpower planning with business and functional teams.
• Ensure positive candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support campus drives, recruitment events and talent acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation requirements.

• Partner with business leaders, functional heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins and other recruitment channels.
• Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, evaluation coordination, selection, compensation discussion and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across Pharma/Manufacturing functions.
• Manage recruitment for functions including Production, Quality, QA/QC, R&D, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate functions.
• Maintain accurate Recruitment MIS, TAT, hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards and provide periodic updates to management.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support manpower planning and workforce requirements in coordination with business and functional teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain a strong database of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, walk-in drives and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, processes and documentation requirements.
