Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage sales and dispatch activities, invoicing and internal transfers. The role involves preparing sales invoices, challans, E-Invoice generation, and coordination with transporters to align with production and sales planning.

The incumbent will handle scrap invoicing with TCS/TDS requirements, track freight charges, perform bill bookings in SAP HANA for various categories, and conduct vendor reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GST, TDS and TCS compliance and reporting.
• Experience in handling sales dispatch, invoicing and vendor reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Sales and dispatch of material and internal material shifting records.
• Prepare sales invoices and internal transfer challans with E-Invoice and away bill LR/COA.
• Coordinate with transporter for vehicle planning as per production and sales plans.
• Prepare scrap invoices including TCS/TDS as applicable.
• Track freight charges and reconcile with POs.
• Bill booking in SAP HANA for different categories (Capital Goods, RM Service, Rent, etc.).
• Vendor reconciliation and coordination with HO for payments and bill bookings.
• Monthly provisioning of freight bills (e.g., DGVCL, Gujarat Gas, Labour).
• Query bill coordination with Purchase team.
