Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in India is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee charging operations on the assigned shift, aligning activities with the daily production plan. You will monitor charging parameters, ensure quality compliance, and optimize manpower, equipment, and charging infrastructure.

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams, maintain production records and process documentation, ensure EHS compliance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in battery charging operations or similar manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of charging systems, charging parameters, and process monitoring.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
