Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies seeks an experienced Asst. Manager to lead plate generation operations in its battery manufacturing facility in India. You will drive production targets, uphold quality standards and optimize manpower across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and experience in Lean, TPM and Kaizen frameworks, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder coordination. This position is on-site and career growth is emphasized.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Eng or related discipline.
• 6-10 years in battery manufacturing with plate generation exposure.
• Strong understanding of plate production, process optimization and quality management.
• Experience in manpower planning, shift management and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ISO, EHS standards and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities
