Job summary

Hayat Placement Services in Kanpur is seeking a candidate to manage and maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, billing, dispatch and other operational work in ERP. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors, including email correspondence, follow-ups and resolution of routine operational tasks.

You will prepare and circulate regular operational reports and MIS, ensure timely updation of information, monitor communications, and provide coordination support

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP systems and office administration.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports.
