Job summary

Unisys in India seeks an Organizational Change Management Senior Manager to lead change initiatives across the organization, guiding leaders, teams and stakeholders through adoption of new processes, systems and structures.

The role focuses on people-side change, with responsibilities spanning impact analyses, readiness assessments, communication, training and ensuring programs deliver on time and within budget. A Master’s degree is preferred; 8+ years of relevant experience required.

• Provides change management support across broad areas of the organization.
• Serves as a change enablement project manager on critical/complex initiatives.

• Engages with identified stakeholders to ensure a mutual and shared understanding / commitment to program implementation and change resistance strategies.
• Evaluates project plans to ensure incorporation of change enablement strategies and tactics.
• Drives development of communication and material to help with change implementation, education and information sharing.
• Conducts and/or ensures delivery of end-user training.
• Monitors change outcomes and develops / recommends process improvements.

Position Overview

Provides consultation and advice helping leaders, teams and organizations understand, adopt and accept the outcome of change initiatives. Creates and implements strategies and plans that overcome resistance, ensuring projects achieve their objectives on time and within budget. Focuses on the people side of change stemming from changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Any degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Master’s degree preferred
