Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to lead change management deliverables for large-scale transformations, shaping stakeholder analyses and readiness surveys.

You will develop training collateral, communications, and engagement strategies, collaborating with SMEs, and measuring adoption using qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive project success in a hybrid, India-based role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management deliverables for large-scale transformations.
• Create stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness surveys, communications and engagement materials.
• Develop instructional design training collateral (ILTs, WBTs, QRGs, job aids) and nano-videos/simulations.
• Craft and execute communication and engagement strategies to support milestones and user adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through Town Halls, workshops, newsletters, and digital content.
• Monitor readiness and adoption using qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and SMEs in virtual/live environments to design and deliver deliverables.
• Support senior team members in planning and deployment of change strategy; QA for junior practitioners.
• Track project plan deliverables and provide updates on timelines and risks.
• Contribute to practice development, including proposals and best-practices sharing.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

As an experienced OCM Consultant, you will:

1) Develop comprehensive change management deliverables for large-scale business transformations.

2) Examples: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness surveys, communications and engagement materials (such as executive leadership messaging, awareness/go-live campaigns, newsletters, video scripts, FAQs).

3) Develop instructional design training collateral such as ILTs, WBTs, QRGs, job aids, and other formats like nano-videos & simulations, inclusive of training curriculum, course outlines, storyboards, courses, and training evaluation.

4) Craft and execute communication and engagement strategies to support project milestones, drive user adoption, and enable successful operational changes.

5) Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through tailored communications and engagement events (e.g., Town Halls, workshops, newsletters, digital content).

6) Monitor/track, measure, and report on change readiness and adoption effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics, to inform engagement approaches and adoption strategies.

7) Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) in virtual/live environments to design and deliver impactful deliverables.

8) Support senior team members in the planning, development, and deployment of change strategy, change messaging, and delivery formats. On occasion, perform quality assurance for junior practitioners.

9) Support tracking status of project plan deliverables against projects critical milestones and provide timely updates to Project Lead/Manager regarding timelines and risks/watch items/dependencies.

10) Contribute to practice development initiatives, including support proposal drafts/resource estimates, sharing best practices, and innovating new approaches.

11) Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

1) 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/organization change management/digital and cloud solutions space

2) Demonstrated experience supporting change workstreams across business/process/technology transformation initiatives

3) Ability to manage ambiguity and develop creative, compelling, and visually appealing deliverables

4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner certification
• Experience with ERP/Technical systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP
• Strong analytical skills, with experience of working on tools like MS Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, MS Access, etc.
• Experience with digital communication and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)
• Experience of working on recording and authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc.
• Familiarity with project management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI, automation, and other digital tools to improve the efficiency and quality of research, analysis, content development, and project delivery, while applying sound professional judgment and validating AI-generated outputs
