Role Description

The Occupational Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in TBO Greater Noida. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, and functional needs and design individualized therapy plans to support daily living skills, fine and gross motor development, and school readiness. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and involving families in goal setting and home-based programs. The role also includes participation in early intervention programs, coordination with educators and other therapists, and contribution to parent training and awareness sessions to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, intervention planning, and evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, with experience working with children with diverse developmental needs.
  • Understanding of Rehabilitation principles and interdisciplinary care in developmental and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Effective Communication skills for working collaboratively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
  • Experience in pediatric settings such as early intervention centers, schools, hospitals, or therapy clinics is preferred.
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and maintain accurate documentation.
