Job summary

Asdflo Innovations Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary partner clinic. You will assess and treat children with autism, ADHD, and developmental concerns, developing customized therapy plans and recording progress.

Fresh graduates or experienced therapists are welcome; BOT/MOT is required. You will collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behavior Therapists, and other professionals to support holistic care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess childrens sensory, motor, functional, and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct individualized Occupational Therapy sessions.
• Work on sensory processing and regulation, fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, coordination, attention, hyperactivity, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Maintain therapy records and regularly monitor the childs progress.
• Guide and train parents in activities and strategies that can be continued at home.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behavior Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and professional training programs.
