Responsibilities

• Assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional abilities through standardized tests, clinical observation, and parent consultation.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs, focusing on independence in daily living, play, learning, and social participation.
• Provide interventions in areas such as fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory integration, self-care, attention, and play-based activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, parents, teachers) to ensure holistic support.
• Educate and guide parents/caregivers with home programs and strategies to generalize therapy goals in daily routines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy plans, progress notes, and reports.

Qualifications
