This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess pediatric clients' developmental, sensory, and functional needs, and design individualized treatment plans to support participation in daily activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions to meet each child's goals. The role involves close collaboration with other therapists, school professionals, physicians, and caregivers, as well as participation in group programs, parent training, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
