Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru is seeking a Workspace Experience Enabler to deliver a delightful, client-focused experience for occupants of a large upscale office.

You will be the single point of contact for daily workspace needs, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, respond to service tickets, and help drive engagement initiatives and improvements aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, business or related field.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel, aviation or coworking environments.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the single point of contact for employees in the office.
• Respond to service tickets and workspace change requests within SLA.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for amenities usage and issues.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Incumbents will have a deep understanding of the Workspace and the surrounding areas and become the single point of contact for daily Workspace needs on the office floors and a counsel to the employees present.Ideal Experience· Bachelor’s degree/ Degree in Hotel Management, business or other related field;· Experience of 1 - 3 years in hospitality – hotel & aviation Industry / Coworking spaces· Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements· Proficient in MS Office suite· Excellent communication verbal and written.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES· Establish direct relationship with the employees working from the office· Single Point of Contact of employees working from office for issues resolution & workspace change within the premises· Respond and close all service tickets and feedbacks within defined SLA· Shares observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities for (incl. data from housekeeping and engineering teams)· Have periodic connects with all point of contact of different business to understand their perspective of service· Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations· Consolidate feedback to management team regularly for ongoing improvement implementation· Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to assistant workspace experience manager· Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success· Drive Client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc.· Ensure operations are aligned to financial processes and controls are adhered to at all times to achieve good financial management.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
