Vatsal Super Speciality Hospital in Akola is seeking nursing staff for our Birla Colony location. The role involves patient assessment, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting treatment and recovery in a busy hospital ward.

The position requires 2–4 years of nursing experience, GNM or BSc Nursing, and offers full-time employment with work from office. Apply before 19 February 2027.

Formación

  • The Nursing Staff will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring clinical conditions, maintaining nursing records, and supporting patients throughout their treatment and recovery.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs.
  • Assess and monitor patient vital signs and health conditions.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and report abnormalities promptly.
  • Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient documentation.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
  • Assist in emergency situations and follow appropriate response protocols.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
  • Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare teams.
  • Support admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
  • Maintain adequate nursing supplies and report shortages.
  • Participate in ward rounds and handover activities.
  • Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and clinical SOPs.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Participate in training and continuing professional development programs.
