Sunflower Women’s Hospital in Ahmedabad is seeking a Dedicated Nursing Incharge for ICU to supervise intensive care nursing operations and guide critical care teams. The role requires 1–2 years of nursing experience and qualifications of GNM or BSc Nursing.

You will oversee patient monitoring, emergency responses, staff coordination, and adherence to ICU protocols. The ideal candidate will manage ICU workflows, ensure patient safety and collaborate with intensivists and healthcare teams.

• Monitor inventory of ICU medicines and emergency supplies.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain smooth communication with patients’ families regarding care updates.
