Job summary

Kaynes Technology seeks an experienced NPD/NPI leader to drive new product introductions in electronics manufacturing. You will own APQP processes, review designs and BOMs, manage FMEA and control plans, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.

You will lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, change management and pilot production, ensuring smooth handovers and continuous cost optimization across programs.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics required.
• 10–15 years of experience in NPD/NPI in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAI, FMEA, Control Plans and BOM management.
• Experience with feasibility studies, risk assessment and engineering change management.

• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAI, FMEA, Control Plans and BOM management.
• Experience in manufacturing feasibility studies, risk assessment and engineering change management.
• Proven ability to manage NPD projects, cross-functional teams, timelines and QCD targets.
• Knowledge of pilot production, product validation, process optimization and product handover.
• Strong leadership, customer coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
