Job summary

Steerway Business Consultants seeks an experienced engineer to lead end-to-end development of OEM casting projects, tooling, pattern, gating, risering, defect analysis and process optimization in a Green Sand Foundry setting, with a focus on quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.

The candidate should hold a BE in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Foundry Tech or a Diploma and bring 10+ years in OEM casting NPD, plus knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and MAGMA; preference for hands-on experience in horizontal

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OEM casting NPD
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and MAGMA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of OEM casting projects, tooling, pattern, gating, risering, defect analysis and process optimization in Green Sand Foundry.
