Job summary

Rockman is seeking a candidate with expertise in APQP/PPAP and project management for die casting and alloy wheel manufacturing. The role involves coordinating APQP activities, capacity planning, supplier follow-ups, and handling customer audits to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in die casting and alloy wheel production, with a strong focus on quality processes and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in die casting industry and alloy wheel manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Project management: tracking, status review, timely communication and escalation with customers.
• APQP time plan preparation and monitoring against customer events.
• Capacity planning and 4M requirement identification.
• NFA inputs (purchase support) and maintaining within approved budget.
• Supplier follow-ups for the ordered facility.
• Dashboard updating and APQP documentation.
• Handling customer audits and audit closure.
• Production and rejection data monitoring with early production containment.
• IATF audit activities.
• Interacting with customers for PPAP & APQP document-related queries.
• Packing and internal material handling.
• Floor plan layout.
